Cleaning
We can provide you with a regular clean between visits or even partial cleans if only part of the property has been used. We can set up a schedule of cleaning or you can book us as and when you need us.
Laundry and Linen Hire
We can simply strip and make the beds for you, or we can take away the dirty linen and bring it back cleaned and pressed ready for the next visit. Or if you prefer you can hire our quality white, cotton bed linen and towels.
Insurance Check and Key Holding
We can visit the property at regular intervals to carry out insurance checks providing you with a check sheet and dated photo to prove the visit. We can also hold keys to let in tradesmen or even other guests that you may want to visit.
Window Cleaning
Our team can provide you with a regular window cleaning service and we can even clean the gutters and fascia’s if you need.
Maintenance Service
With over 200 holiday homes to look after we are experts at property maintenance. Our in-house team can provide plumbing, electrics, gardening, painting and decorating and pretty much anything else you might need. We can even clean and maintain your hot tub, so everything is ready for your arrival.
