As the founder in 2015, and Managing Director of Easy Clean Norfolk, Daniel has successfully launched and grown the company with the invaluable support of his wife, Katy, and their two daughters. His focus is always on steering the business forward—whether through careful analysis of the P&L or developing innovative strategies to keep the company at the forefront of the industry.

With over 15 years of management experience, Katy has risen through the ranks, starting her career as an office administrator and going on to manage several successful hospitality venues. Her strong leadership and organisational skills have been instrumental in every role she’s undertaken, placing Katy in good standing when she launched Easy Clean with Daniel.
Today, Katy plays a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of Easy Clean Norfolk, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the business. Her experience and dedication help drive the company forward, maintaining the high standards that clients have come to expect.

With her extensive experience, she leads both initial training and refresher sessions throughout the year, guaranteeing that our team maintains the highest cleaning standards. Gill also conducts regular spot checks to ensure quality control across all cleaning operations.
Darren Wright
Head of Maintenance
Darren has extensive experience in property maintenance and is a qualified plasterer by trade. His skills and knowledge ensure that all properties are kept in excellent condition, handling everything from everyday repairs to specialised maintenance tasks.
Ebony Bainton
Administration Apprentice
Ebony joined Easy Clean Norfolk while still in school, starting with a Saturday job and quickly becoming a valued part of the team. Now, she’s chosen to further her career by undertaking an apprenticeship in administration. Alongside her admin training, Ebony is hands-on in the laundry warehouse and often heads out with the cleaning team to support their efforts. Her goal is to build her skills and experience with a view toward joining the management team in the future.
