Cleaning
We only have one level of service – 5 stars. We concentrate on 4 star and 5-star properties. We try and keep our cleaners to a small area making sure they are familiar with the property. In addition, we check the property after every clean by a member of our management team and they also stick with their own areas making sure they know your property well.
Our cleaning costs also include all equipment and materials as well as a basic supplies pack for your guests consisting of washing up liquid, sponge, bin bag and toilet rolls.
Laundry
Our linen hire service means that you receive top quality white cotton linen and towels for your guests. It means no initial outlay costs, no damages and no worries about stains and losses.
Welcome Packs
We can provide a range of welcome packs for your guests from a basic ‘get you going pack’ to a more luxurious pack including wine and flowers.
Services
Our out of hours service means that someone is at the end of the phone to deal with emergencies from your guests or yourselves. We can also clean and maintain your hot tub, cut your lawn or even take away your rubbish.
Maintenance
We are proud of our in-house maintenance team. Our sister company Easy Property Maintenance can provide all maintenance services including plumbing and electrical services and deal with everything from a small breakage to a full kitchen refit.
Full Management
For a weekly fee we can provide a weekly check of your property for security and maintenance issues taking away all your worries whether the property is let or not.
